We will repair and replace the carbide holders from various manufacturers that you are using according to our standards. Please send us the holders with worn or damaged tips along with the manufacturer model you wish to repair and the currently used chips. If there are no specific dimensions provided by the customer, we will repair them based on the dimensions listed in the manufacturers' catalogs. The head shape will be repaired according to our standards. Additionally, we offer customization services (for a fee) such as cutting the overall length, machining steps on the carbide part, changing the head material, and adding chip escape grooves, allowing us to customize the holders to better suit your needs.
